I used Embroidery Designs to digitize a logo, and overall it turned out okay. The bigger parts stitched out nicely, so it’s not like the whole thing was bad. It’s not even about that, the issue was more with the small lettering, which came out a little messy and needed some fixing on my end. For a simpler design, I’d probably use them again, but for anything with tiny details, I’d want the accuracy to be a bit better...

I had trouble finding one of my downloads after I paid, so I sent a message thinking I’d probably be waiting around for a bit, because that’s usually how these things go.
They actually got back to me quickly and helped me sort it out without turning it into some big complicated process. The person who replied was friendly, and it really seemed like they read what I wrote, which I always appreciate.
Once they pointed me in the right direction, everything worked fine. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d definitely use embroiderydesigns.com again.

I’ve tried a handful of designs from embroiderydesigns.com they’ve been good. Most of them stitched out clean and the little details came through better than I thought they would. One design did need a bit of tweaking, but nothing major... just one of those things. I’d probably use them again

I’ve used the site a few times and overall it’s good. The designs is nice and easy to look through, but sometimes the pages takes a bit longer to load than I’d like.

I really appreciated that the designs included clear thread color details. It made matching up what I already had so much easier instead of just guessing. The stitched colors came out close to what was shown too. I had a quick question and support basically said, “Just use the included thread chart as your guide,” which was helpful and straightforward. Download was simple, no issues at all. I’d definitely use Embroidery Designs again.

I used this with my Brother machine and it worked just fine. No problems or weird setup issues, pretty much what you’d expect if it’s the right fit for the printer.

I checked out embroiderydesigns.com mainly for the free designs, it’s pretty much what you’d expect. Some of them are cute and downloaded without any issue, but the selection is kind of hit or miss. A few looked a little dated or just weren’t my style. Still, if you need something quick to test or play around with, it does the job. Not bad, just not something I’d get overly excited about.

I bought a floral design for a towel. It loaded on my machine with no trouble. The stitch out looked clean. No odd gaps. No thread breaks. The colors were easy to follow too. I’d buy from them again.

Some of the designs are genuinely nice, and I can see why people would be drawn to them. That said, the prices feel a bit high for what you actually get sometimes. It kind of feels like they know the style will catch your eye, so they price it more confidently than the quality really justifies. Not terrible, just not the best value in my opinion.

I had a design file that wouldn’t download correctly, which was already frustrating, but what made it worse was how slow the support process felt. I emailed them expecting a simple fix, and after waiting longer than I thought was reasonable, I ended up having to chase them for an update.
They did eventually send over the correct file, so I’ll give them credit for resolving it. But it felt like I had to escalate the issue myself by following up more than once before anything really moved along, which shouldn’t have been necessary for such a basic problem.

Overall, it wasn’t a complete disaster, but it definitely wasn’t smooth either. I might use the site again if I really needed a specific design, but I’d be hesitant because getting help took way more effort than it should have

I didn’t really had any big problem getting into my account on embroiderydesigns.com. The login works fine for me, and my saved designs was still there, which is mostly what I was looking for.

The only thing is the account page looked kind of old, and I have to click around a little before I found the downloads. It wasn’t a huge deal though. Overall I’d say it was good, about 4 stars.

I’ve dealt with way too many confusing licensing terms before, so it was a relief that this was actually clear enough for my projects. I didn’t have to waste time digging through a bunch of fine print or second-guessing what I was allowed to do. No hassle, which is how it should be in the first place.

In my experience, finding designs is manageable as long as I already have a good idea of what to type in. The search does pull up plenty of results, but I sometimes felt like a lot of them were only loosely connected to what I was actually looking for.

The filters are helpful for narrowing things down by category or format, but I personally wish they were a little more precise and easier to clear when I wanted to start over. It’s not a bad setup overall, it just ended up taking a few more clicks than I expected...
